Our Basis and Values
Ndoro Children’s Charities derives its values from an African tradition of hard work and perseverance. It is influenced by a set of principles and values handed down from generation to generation by people who have pride, dignity and love for themselves. Today we find ourselves in a situation where our norms have been compromised but through Ndoro Children’s Charities we are proud to bring back some of the African tradition which held the family unit together. These values and beliefs still shape and enrich people’s lives. These values provide the basis for the Charity and a blue print for our work with underprivileged children in the UK and elsewhere in the world.
Values
Ndoro Children’s Charities honours and respects the unique individualism of every child, adult and community. It recognises that every person is created in the image of God and that every human being has a right to occupy a space on the planet - Earth. Therefore, that uniqueness must be celebrated, recognised and encouraged, through equal opportunities for all.
Motivation and inspiration comes from knowing that there is hope and a bright future for every child on this planet - Earth. Individuals can play a part by contributing and helping to shape the lives of these innocent victims who, through no fault of their own, find themselves in disadvantaged situations.
Every contribution made by individuals, public, companies, institutions, directly or indirectly shall be held in high esteem and used constructively for the benefit of these children.
